Storage!

Today, being Tuesday after all, it poured most of the day.  So I hunkered down, read, wrote, and cleaned the apartment. I did go out once. I had to! I was out of wine.

Needless to say, it doesn't take much time to clean this little apartment. But it does get dusty with the terrace doors open so often.  I have a sweet little vacuum.

Because there is so little space, everything really has to be kept in its spot.  And there is a spot for everything.  They are creative on the storage possibilities.

The closet is in a little curve against the exterior wall.

But here's my favorite.....................

The bed lifts up for storage below.  It's where we keep extra blankets, sheets, and towels....and the Christmas presents I've purchased for Rick to take home later this month. Remarkedly the bed is very comfortable.
